Advice, introductions and coordination
Jedax Consulting combines business development advice, commercial introductions and project coordination. Our anchor point is Belgium, and in time we plan to open an office in the DRC, most likely in Kinshasa. Our approach connects the needs of Belgian and Congolese partners.

A mission may cover setting up a presence, an acquisition, a commercial partnership, an operational activity or a digital transformation. Its scope, the people involved, the deliverables and the financial terms are agreed with the client.

A clearly defined geographical scope.
Belgium is our development base. In time, we plan to open an office in the DRC, most likely in Kinshasa, to be closer to our partners and to the follow-up of projects. This office is a project still to be prepared; no Congolese office is presented as already open. Work in each territory is prepared with the appropriate local contacts.
A relationship relay in Kinshasa
A local relay will make introductions within their network in Kinshasa. These meetings will help us understand needs, identify decision-makers and select the relevant collaborations.

We identify the client, the principal and the role of each party. Links with the founders’ or partners’ companies are declared when the mission concerns them. Decisions are taken within the agreed framework.

A partner’s information is used for the authorised mission. Access to documents and their transmission to specialists are organised as needed. Public references and testimonials are only used with the consent of the people concerned.

Depending on the mission, tracking can cover the actions carried out, qualified opportunities, contracts signed, payments received, budget control, quality of service and difficulties encountered. Objectives are agreed with the client.

Serious preparation for financing
When a project needs financing, we help organise its information and coordinate the relevant specialists within the authorised scope. Lenders and investors make their own decisions. No financing, return or valuation is guaranteed.
Regulated operations and specialist services are prepared with duly authorised professionals, according to the mission and the country concerned.
