How we support you.

We handle your project from A to Z. We start by understanding your objective, then qualify the opportunities, organise the skills and infrastructure needed and follow the implementation through. Each collaboration has its own scope, deliverables and terms.

Our mission and positioning

Jedax gives a project continuity, from the first conversation to the follow-up of its execution.

  • Connecting the right people

We identify needs, look for relevant contacts and prepare useful introductions. A relationship is measured by its ability to move a concrete project forward: decision-makers identified, expectations understood and next steps agreed.

  • Structuring decisions

We organise the information, weigh the options against each other and coordinate the specialists needed. The client gets a clear view of the project, the resources to commit and the points to resolve before committing.

  • Supporting implementation

Depending on the mandate, we follow up on the people involved, the actions, the commitments and the results. A management or representation role is only taken on when it has been expressly defined.

A flexible framework

The partner can entrust us with one targeted step or with the whole project, from A to Z. Deliverables, the limits of the mandate, the terms of our involvement and how work is approved are defined before we start. Any additional mission is agreed separately.

Our working method

A shared path, adjusted to the complexity of each mission.

  1. Understand

ActionTalk with the decision-maker and clarify the need

Expected resultA shared objective and an initial scope

  2. Qualify

    ActionReview resources, constraints and contacts

Expected resultA documented opportunity and points to check

  3. Design

ActionCompare the options and bring in the experts

Expected resultA chosen scenario and proposed responsibilities

  4. Formalise

ActionDefine the mission and the commitments

Expected resultContract, deliverables and approval process

  5. Implement

ActionCoordinate the actions and the people involved

Expected resultMonitored execution and recorded decisions

  6. Evaluate

ActionMeasure the results and prepare what comes next

Expected resultReview, corrections and next decisions

  • Decisions made at the right time

The steps can be adapted, but commitments depend on sufficient information and explicit agreement. Any unresolved point is presented with its consequences and the actions required.

  • Proportionate follow-up

Meetings, reports and dashboards reflect the importance of the mission. The client knows which decisions are theirs and which actions Jedax is following up.

Collaboration and financial terms

We build a framework consistent with the mission, the resources and each party’s contribution.

  • Advice and coordination

Services can be organised for a fixed fee, by time spent or as ongoing support. The contract sets out the scope, the deliverables, the people involved and the payment terms.

  • Business introductions

When an introduction gives rise to a fee, what triggers it, its basis, its duration and its conditions are agreed in writing. The roles of the parties and any financial interests are made clear.

  • Entrepreneurial partnership

Some projects may justify an equity stake or another form of association. Such a collaboration is considered separately and depends on contributions, risks, governance and the agreement of the parties.

  • Costs and specialist contributors

The services of experts and operators are identified in the proposal. The client knows the costs included and the commitments that require their approval. Any significant change in scope is subject to an additional agreement.

The common principle

Financial terms are defined for each client. No standard fee, equity split or financial target is imposed.
